Terms and conditions
These terms explain how Solos works and what we expect from you and you from us. They are written in plain language; if something isn't clear, write to us.
Who provides the service

What Solos is
Solos removes strangers from the background of your photos using artificial intelligence and suggests who stays. You decide. Results may vary and may show imperfections: always check the photo before saving it.
Minimum age
You must be at least 14 to use Solos.
Your photos
- Your photos are yours. You give us a limited licence, only to process them and return the result to you.
- We delete them from our servers within 24 hours at most.
- We do not use them to train models.
- We do not recognise faces or identify anyone.

Prohibited uses
You may not use Solos to:
- Upload illegal content.
- Upload images of minors in inappropriate situations.
- Upload photos you have no right to use.
- Monitor or identify people.
- Impersonate or harm anyone.
We may limit or block access if you break these rules.
Free photos and packs
Your first 3 photos are free. After that you can buy photo packs. They are consumable, with no subscription, and they never expire:
- 1 photo: €0.99
- 25 photos: €5.99
- 100 photos: €17.99
Prices include VAT.
Payments and refunds
Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are also governed by its terms. Purchased photos are not refundable except as the law or Apple provides; Apple handles refund requests.
Right of withdrawal
Photos are digital content that we start to provide immediately, with your consent. You therefore lose the right of withdrawal once you have used the photos. As long as you haven't used them, you can ask Apple for a refund.
Availability and changes
We do our best to make Solos work well, but we do not guarantee that it will work without interruption. We may change the service and, in the future, the prices. Price changes do not affect photos you have already bought.
Limitation of liability
Solos is provided as is, with the limits inherent to artificial intelligence. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or damages we could not have foreseen. This does not limit our liability for wilful misconduct or negligence, or the non-waivable rights the law gives you as a consumer.
Intellectual property of the app
The app, the Solos name and their content belong to Serimag Media, S.L. or its licensors. We give you a personal, limited and revocable licence to use the app; it does not include copying or modifying it. Your photos and the results you get remain yours.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update the date above and let you know if the change is significant. If you keep using Solos after the notice, the new terms apply.
Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of the consumer's place of residence.
